Resort is huge… if
You don’t mind walking in the heat then you’re good. There are trolleys to take you for place to place. But you have to be patient and wait. The food is just ok. Room service made up our room daily but didn’t clean. The carpets were never vacuumed and the floor was never cleaned. Other families said they were left with snacks and night time chocolates. For a resort this big there needs to be more entertainment. Pools need more things to do. Contests / foam parties etc. this is our 2 nd time going bk in 2 years. There has been a big change to the resort and prob won’t be back.

None of the restaurants were fully open and the beach was too dirty to enjoy. Check in was a full mess and despite some advances to change the experience it was just a final trip to the DR for us and this resort.
