"Manager said he was giving me great balcony unit and misled me when I got to room and balcony was very much smaller than all other balconies and I could not see past balconies neighboring mine. Also had no chair on my balcony and others had chairs and table. I paid same price gift courtyard or balcony and mgr acted like he was doing me favor when hotel was not close to having all sold out. He never told me my balcony was smaller than others and let me find out in my own vs tell me in advance. Terrible. Also - coffee maker should be in each room for hotel of ghus caliber. Chairs in courtyard super uncomfortable. Very deep and backrest too low to sit comfortably."

"Offered nice clean rooms, large coffee room offering a variety of hot and cold breakfast items and beverages. Coffee/tea iavailable in lobby but surprised Decaf was not offered there. Decaf coffee was avail.in breakfast room as was an attendant to offer help and clean tables.Hot pancake machine available, waffle machine not available during our stay but the machine was still there.I just thought they should have removed it.. Parking on premises"
