โThis was our favorite hotel during our 8 night trip to Europe. We stayed 2 nights. The staff couldn't have treated us any better. We mentioned a gluten allergy at checkin and they had multiple bread options available at breakfast. They were also helpful when we asked for recommendations. The hotel is well maintained and it was easy to walk to restaurants and shops.โ
โLovely hotel just on outskirts of town. About 2 mins walk to all the bars, shops and restaurants.
Lovely friendly staff on desk to check in. Room was perfect for one person. All clean and modern. Even allowed me to park my motorbike in courtyard.

โWe absolutely loved our stay at this intimate and lovely hotel. The staff was so friendly and had wonderful recommendations for restaurants and directions to attractions.
The only problem for me was the lighting in our room was so dim it was hard to do my face. We will definitely be back if possible!โ
โBayeux is a cute little town. This hotel is a little out of the way, but just a short walk into town or to the train station (less than 15 minutes). The rooms are small, but that's typical for Europe. โ
โVilla Lara was exceptional in all categories above!! If you are spending time in Normandy or Bayeaux, hands down this is the only place to stay. Donโt even consider another hotel. The location is awesome. The rooms were very comfortable, updated and clean. The hotel staff especially Julian were outstanding.
