"The parking was $15.00, the elevators didn't work almost missed a wedding having to take the stairs from the 4th floor. And the worst was the noise Friday night loud music and yelling we couldn't sleep. I reported to staff but they had no clue. I had expected a lot more from a Hyatt property but I guess that the Place is just out of Place."

"Property was relatively new and clean, rate was excellent. Staff was mixed, some of them not very friendly or polite. No late check out without paying an extra fee was disappointing. I left a charger in my room, which i was unable to get resolution on. But overall a good location and problem free stay"

"Usually we like staying here for spring break but weren’t happy with the frequency of cleaning. We stayed three nights but didn’t get cleaning on day two because we slept in and didn’t notify the front desk by noon about getting a cleaning. Even though the housekeeper saw us leave from the room across from us. Had to ask for new towels each night. Will probably look at other properties next year. "
