โThis company completely ruined my vacation. To sum everything up as short as possible, we got a room that didnโt have working appliances. Contacted this host and they gave me no solutions and refused to refund me my money or move me into a new room. We spent money on food we had to throw out because stove/microwave didnโt work. โGreat customer service, so nice and helpful. Patient enough to answer all of my questions. Beautiful view. A lot of things near by. So many things to do inside the hotel if youโre not able to get out much as well. Food is impeccable. If you love art you will not be disappointed with all there is to see within the beautiful hotel. โ
โThe room was great, but Miami nightlife is noisyโฆ Staff are great. Breakfast included items are cold, so opt for items off menu. Good location near South Beach and Downtown. Love watching the mega-yachts motor out at night right next to the hotel!โ
โWe had a great stay. Highly recommend for staying before a cruise of just being in Miami. Hotel was in walking distance to a few great restaurants and not far from the port. โ
