"The pictures online make it look very upscale. It's a nice property. The beds were comfy, and the linens were nice. Sadly, our shower had quite a bit of mold in numerous spots on the grout. That much mold would take a lot of time to accumulate. Such a simple cleaning between guests would permanent that, so it made me wonder what type of cleaning hours on."

"Room was good, very spacious but dated like rest of hotel. Would benefit from refurbishment. Lots of traffic noise, not helped by bathroom fan which let noise into room constantly. Bathroom door had to be closed at all time to reduce noise. Hotel lobby, bar and restaurant area were very nice but rest of hotel wasn’t. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Manny on reception was really good. "

"Stayed in a 2bdrm suite. Spacious and bathrooms are conveniently attached to each bedroom . You can close off both bedrooms. The master ensuite is smaller than the 2nd bedroom ensuite. Housekeeping was great each day at an early hour. Stayed Thurs to Mon, the Sunday night was very noisy with roadworks till at least 2am which was unfortunate as impacted sleep before travel home, we were on the 9th floor. Breakfast buffet was standard, plenty of choice, no barista coffee. Close to everything and walking distance to Melb Central shopping. Overall hotel a bit dated but cleanliness is more important to me. Didn't use pool or gym. Would stay here again if I could secure a good deal."

"Hotel was clean and convienent except that the lift did not go all the way to the room floor. This meant dragging 23kg cases down a short staircase. The hotel staff did not mention this upon arrival."
