The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. "We stayed for one night at the Hampton by Hilton Ashford International and had an excellent stay. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Our bedroom was clean and spacious. Great choice for breakfast. No complaints at all. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel."
