"When we arrived the person at the front desk was absolutely AMAZING! He was very kind and helped us a lot throughout the entire night! The pool is not heated and was cold! The hot tub however was very nice! We didn’t notice anything off about our room until the morning! There was an entire colony of ants in our room! They got into our bags and our clothes ):"

"Let’s start with the positive parts of my experience: The breakfast is decent; the front desk staff was very helpful; GrubHub delivers to the hotel. Now on to the rest of my experience: the hotel is dated and not upgraded at all. The walls are paper thin so I could hear noise from every room close by. Speaking of noise, ugh! There was a large group or family in a room next to mine, they were blaring music and partying most of the night. There were kids crying in another room. Kids running up and down the hallways was another part of my evening. I guess you get what you pay for! "

"Had some trouble with not enough beds even though we booked for five guests. The front desk was accommodating but seemed annoyed at helping us. Our son had just been in the hospital for three days and we were trying to make it easy on him and his other siblings by not traveling late at night. After having us come back downstairs with all our stuff, she made it seem extra inconvenient that I had booked through hotels.com and decided to give us the same room with a rollaway bed. I did my best to stay calm with her and thanked her for helping us. The bed was comfy, the room was big for five people, breakfast was pretty good, and checkout was simple."

"Our room was very clean and set up. I would say the stairways and stuff could use a little more of a cleaning. Biggest issue we had was we had booked a room that had double queens with the recliner. When we got there to check in and went to our room our room did not have the recliner or the extra space in the room and they did not have any available but overall a very solid day. "
