"We stayed here for 2 nights before catching our train at the station next door. It was perfect for that reason. It was also close to a mall that had decent restaurants to choose from. Room was obviously an old building, but it was updated with paint and comfortable chairs. Bed was comfy. Everything was clean and the room was quiet. Although the hotel had a restaurant the rooms only had paper cups for hot drinks in the room, which seemed a bit odd. It worked though. With extremely hot temperatures the room was not as cool as we like, but not sure there was anything to be done about that. The AC was working, though."

"The staff was incredible. We got to the property and realized we had accidentally booked for next year and didn’t have a reservation oops and the person at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. She got us a great room right away and was extremely kind. It would’ve been such a stressful situation had it not been for the amazing hospitality from the Citadine staff. We loved our stay there as the room was in the perfect location and extremely spacious, clean and newly renovated. We stayed during a major heat wave and were very grateful for the air conditioning in the room. Proximity to the main train station was a major plus so we can easily go to our next city after our stay. The food in the area was incredible and there’s a massive food hall across the street. Overall glad we made that accidental reservation for next year because we will surely be back!"
