โLovely connected double rooms. Great breakfast. Hotel is conveniently located, but next to a busy road so not an attractive location. Only problem was very noisy air conditioning, whooshing and gurgling even when turned off. โ
โWhat a superb location. The staff on the front desk were super helpful. The express breakfast was just what we needed and having water bottles to fill and take to your room, thus saving plastic is a fabulous idea. Other hotels should follow your lead. โ

โThis is a lovely hotel. The inside is welcoming and staff very friendly. We only stayed one night and used it as a stop over. We walked into Albert for our evening meal.
Breakfast is great, lots of it and fresh tea leaves!

โPerfect location on the Grand Place in Arras. Easy walking to the other large square and cathedral. Staff were very helpful with parking arrangements; there is free parking nearby and free overnight parking in the Grand Place. Breakfast was simple but good. Would recommend this historic hotel.โ
