โThe service provided was out of this world. Felt more life family helping than staff. The building is definitely starting to show its age and could use a few updates. It is out of the way of anything so I would recommend bringing some microwable food but that means it is perfect for an escape from the hustle of life and a peaceful retreat. I know it's advertised as a wedding and event destination but I do think it should be more of a retreat destination. โ
โIt was very comfortable and clean! The sheets were exceptionally soft and the bed was really comfortable. The AC was leaking the first day and they were very responsive and had it fixed in a couple hours. It was 90+ outside while we were there and the room stayed cool. I would stay here again. โ
โWe enjoyed our stay here. It wasn't too busy so we got a nice room upgrade. Mark was a very welcoming host- enjoyed the history of the house and property. Had a great meal downtown per his suggestion. Eureka Springs was hopping - amazing band playing downtown. Comfortable and inviting place to stay!โ
โRoom was comfortable and clean. Only thing I wish was better options for the continental breakfast. All sweet options but nothing savory. Not sure if that was because it was a weekday or if that's just what is always offered.โ
โMy boyfriend and I stayed for a weekend getaway. Amber was amazing, she is friendly and welcoming. Our cottage was very clean and cozy. She told us about the best places to get dinner. It's very close to shopping and dining. The breakfast was amazing and the coffee was great! Overall the service was excellent. We definitely will stay there again. โ
โReally enjoyed our stay, loved having the nightly movie in the pool. On Thursday there is a farmers market across the street. First time visiting Eureka and really enjoyed our time there. โ
