"We expected more from what we saw in the pictures. The toilet smelled, the soap container was broken, and the soap inside smelled nothing like sop, more like a hair removal cream. We had to buy soap and a room spray just so we can stay in couple hours to rest. The shower and soap dispenser were rusty and in poor condition. The duvet was not cleaned neither washed. At checkout we were charged a service fee of 10% for every drink and meal purchased despite having already tipped the staff at time of service.
