“when I checked into my room at 5pm, all was fine. then I went into Ghent (lovely city) for the evening. when I got back a little after 11pm there was no power/lights in my room. and no staff to help! there was book on the desk in my room with hotel policies etc, but it was horribly outdated as it said to dial the front desk if one had any questions, but of course there are no longer any internal phones in the hotel. the next morning there was finally front desk staff, but they were incompetent...

“I had a great time there. Everything there was cosy and fantastic including small vinery. Especially the staff member at this hotel was very kind. If I had a chance to travel there, I will choose this hotel again.”

“Tolle Unterkunft und Location”

“Good location with parking space and electrical vehicle charger. Super kind staff and clean, pleasant room :)”

“Such a lovely place to stay. The apartment was in a building connected to the main mansion, so make sure to follow the directions that are sent to you about finding it if yours is there as well. Perfectly decorated, very comfortable room. The main mansion, it was so lonely and authentically historic. The owner and the operator is on call when she is not there. Do not hesitate to call her. She gave me a wonderful tour of the grounds, including the hunting lodge and hothouse.”

“We’re satisfied with our stay. I like that my room has a living room. Staffs are kind. And I’ve heard that the hotel restaurant is really good. We’ll choose this hotel on our next visit and experience the restaurant too.”
