  • This was one of my favorite spots in Spain. It has clear blueish-green water and was great for swimming and jumping off the rock in front. There is a small cave in the far back corner on the beach which has many mosquito's at night (bummer). This photo was taking in the morning before it got over populated with naked Spaniards swimming and playing ping pong on the beach. I would come here again I had a great time and camped 2 nights on the beach. The location of the beach is the closest I can do but it is referred by the locals as (Platjanudista).#Beach

Weekend break

We booked this hotel due to its location for a friends Birthday celebrations in Begur. There was a festival on all weekend and the surrounding streets were awash with loud music so we kind of knew we weren’t going to get much sleep! On arrival the receptionist changed our room for a nicer room at the rear of the property. The property has great character we found the room spacious and clean with a large bathroom that had both a shower cubicle and a sunken bath with mood lights. Complimentary toiletries were supplied including a toothbrush and toothpaste. The towels were soft and think and changed daily. Breakfast was served in the roof top restaurant each morning it included freshly squeezed orange juice which is always a nice touch, local meats and cheese, fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt and I did see you could have boiled eggs on request. Great location within easy walking distance to a car park for which we paid €3 per day.
