Lovely hotel. Clean, spacious and a pretty design throughout. Room was comfortable, I liked the choice of pillows available. The room service robot was really cute. The location was walkable to interesting places and close to underground train stations. The highlight was the breakfast buffet, would definitely recommend adding that to your stay. They had a lot to choose from and it wasn't the same everyday either. They had plenty of tasty veggie options too. I enjoyed their soy milk machine, added to an espresso it made a great coffee, so a very good buffet for anyone vegan. Overall a very pleasant stay, I couldn't fault anything. I would happily return here again

The Hotel is located not far from the centre. It is five minutes walk from the metro and easily connected to the rest of the city. The staff is very helpful. Some of the spoke good English. The interior is a bit retro but overall tidy and there are also two restaurants. One is available for breakfast where there is a large buffet. On my birthday they left a cake on my room which was very nice of them. good value fro money.

One of the best hotels I stayed. Actually the best. I even stayed at the Plaza in NYC. Just incredible in every way, including the location. I would recommend this hotel without any reservations.

A very elegant hotel. Staff was really good and helpful between the front desk and concierge staff. Particularly notable was the manager of the front desk on the morning of our checkout who assisted our family in a significant medical situation. She was wonderful.

Excellent hotel

I stayed for 3 nights. The room was fine and was kept very clean by the staff. The reception and concierge staff i particularly want to highlight. They were all so helpful to me throughout my stay, despite the language barrier they couldnt do enough to assist me.

Older Hotel but well maintained, Rooms need remodeling. A/C Cooling was not available in my Spring visit. Chinese and Mongolian restaurants only, very little English spoken by staff so get your Translator App downloaded. Excellent location!

Just a couple minutes walk to a metro station. Room is really good, spacious and was tidied up really well during my stay. Was hard to control the room temperature as it was mainly for heating, so I had to open the window at times to get the room a little cooler - there was a problem closing one of the windows that I had to call room service for help.

This location is super close to the Dongdan metro station. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was the amount of people smoking in the “non-smoking” rooms. The hallways smelled bad and the smell of smoke was in our room at times. The hotel should enforce its policies.

The hotel is centrally located and close to Wangfujing shopping area. Very close to a subway station which is convenient for travelers who wish to visit different parts of the city. However, the hotel’s wi-fi is extremely slow and there are no other options to access the internet. Based on the hotel’s instructions, the room temperature is kept above 26 °C from spring to fall and below 20 °C in winter. I stayed in the hotel in the middle of April and the room temperature reached 27 °C most of the time. I will not return to this hotel for these two reasons.

The hotel's condition was okay, they cleaned the room everyday. We had a room with 2 beds, and it was spacious. Breakfast was great, and they served many kinds of food. The location is fine. It is easy to get a bus or subway. However, people staying at the hotel smoke a lot, usually in the toilet, so our toilet was full of the cigarette smell all the time, it is a non-smoking hotel, though. People let their kids run, jump and scream at the corridor so I couldn't sleep on a day. I asked the hotel to change my room and they were very helpful. Staff were nice and helpful but they couldn't speak English, so we had to use a translating app.

2 boy Gamers in next room yelling all night kept waking me. Also strong smoke smell (from bathroom vent system). told reception and they warned them but they were still playing/smoking on second night. Manager apologised for noise (and said it was a non smoking hotel), moved us to another room on 3rd night which was quiet. Many thanks to fabulous Concierges in lobby for helping us get tickets to TeamLab Beijing and Tiananmen Sq reservations. They were always helpful and great on English /Chinese translate app.

The hotel room is good, clean and the staff is nice. However, there are many issues: the smell of cigarettes smoke awoke me up every morning, and it was all over in the hallway. This is not a smoking facility but people just are being ignorant. They talk loud in the hall way no matter what time it is. The breakfast has a good selection but not many western breakfast selection so be warned. One day there was a lady who wears a hotel badge sat down with a guest for breakfast and started talking so loud that we couldn’t even hear our conversation and I had to move. The hotel is open to domestic and international guests but the staff is not well trained, the lady who checked me in cannot write the English letter properly so I had to call to verify the username then she became impatient over the phone. If you are used to western hospitality, spend a bit more in other hotels or stick with the chain hotels. At the end, you get what you paid for. I booked a room for one person however there is no choice to pay for one breakfast on Orbitz, I ended up paying two breakfasts for 7 days. Overall, you get what you paid for, it is in a great location. From a non smoking environment, it is almost unbearable for me to wake up smelling the smoke inside the room every day!
