déception

nous sommes arrivés le soir apres un retard de train vers 19h. L'accueil au guichet a été courtois, sans problème. On ne capte le wifi qu'au RDC et le réceptionniste nous a aidé à nous connecté (le mot de passe dans la chambre n'est pas le bon). Puis nous avons voulu mange au restaurant situé au 1er étage. Peu de tables occupées. Nous avons chois 2 assiettes de paâtes: linguine aux crevettes et pennes au thon. le serveur est revenu nous dire que les linguines étaient remplacées par des spaghettis, puis il est revenu pour nous dire que les crevettes étaient remplacées par des crevettes royales. Soit! nous avons mangé 2 plats de spaghetti, l une avec des petites crevettes et l(autre avec de la sardine...mais au moment de payer, l'assiette avec les crevettes avait triplé de prix!!! sans auncune information préalable!!! et malgré notre mécontentement, aucun geste a été fait en notre faveur, et il a fallu pauer en liquide! la chambre et grande ainsi que le lit mais le ménage laisse à désirer (plastique sous le redeau et papier par terre dans la SDB avec une fuite... le 2me jour, 1 serviette en moins

accueil très agréable, personnels sympathiques gentils et attentionnés très bienveillants y compris le personnel de nettoyage et gardiens. Les alégerois sont des gens très accueillantes et qui maitrisent bien le Français .

Hôtel tout juste passable

Personnel très accueillant et professionnel, hôtel pas mal situé que ce soit pour le bus au pied de l’hôtel ou comme moi en voiture avec le parking h24/7j et gardien très sympa. En revanche le petit déjeuner offert est de qualité moyenne et la chambre aussi (propreté et accommodation minimum au vu du prix). Le prix devrait être revu à la baisse ou plutôt la qualité général du séjour dans la chambre devrait être amélioré. Je n'ai pas pu tester le restaurant de l'hôtel.

A good hotel in the center of the city. The staff was helpful and professionnal. The surroundings are not very pleasant and quiet, but it's easy to take a bus or a taxi to go to the charming place Gueydon...
