Staff so helpful and friendly, from reception to restaurant. Comfortable bed and added bonus of daily free bus to St Helier town centre, at Libert bus station.”

“Beautiful location with great views over the bay! The path down to the beach is handy for beach days or a walk along the front. The hotel has everything you need, we had the self catering room which was perfect for kids. Bus stops are right outside the hotel for travel to the airport and St Helier. A great hotel, I would definitely recommend! ”

However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. “My wife and I stayed at the Greenhills for a week in June 2025. The short walk through the immaculate and beautiful gardens from the car park set the tone for our stay. Attention to detail is everything here. The hotel is beautiful inside, the staff attentive, considerate, kind and knowledgeable. “What a wonderful hotel! Myself and my son had the best stay here, he absolutely loved being able to go to the swimming pool everyday and thoroughly enjoyed the flow rider experience. Every member of staff we met were super friendly and made the stay comfortable. The evening entertainment had a good balance of activities for the whole family.
