Excellent hotel didn't have any issues with the service. The breakfast was great the front desk staff was genuinely nice and the location is perfect. The casino has a live band, drinks that's available for the guests and would recommend going as I will be going back

Nice amenities, casino. Pool was nice but can use chairs, tables, music and open bar area. It was closed. Good location. Few restaurants walking distance. 20 minutes walk to water taxis to other islands. Felt safe walking around this area.

The room was clean and adequate for a one night stay. It feels a little run down on the outside, but clean inside. The breakfast was okay, not a lot of options. Nice hotel staff. Maybe wouldn’t recommend for a week stay, but for an overnight or two day stay, it was comfortable.

I cannot understand the negative reviews, This property has clean and comfortable rooms with great beds. There is a huge pool, cinema, restaurants & snack bar, bar, and casino. The food was excellent in the restaurant and the free breakfast was a hot buffet, The front desk staff was excellent, very helpful. The only negative was the staff in the restaurant and casino could use a bit more training but even with that no one was rude. Excellent property,
