The room was very nice with a well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and it is a quiet location. Staff was friendly and helpful and let us check in early and leave a little late.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were spotless and the area was close to a grocery store, food kiosks along the street, gas station nearby to refuel one’s rental car. The hotel close to the main roads to take to get to the Mayan ruins, zoo,etc.

Wonderful stay at The Palms Belize! The property was beautiful, clean, and relaxing, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. What truly stood out was how they went above and beyond to arrange transportation for us back to the airport — even after our stay in San Pedro. Our stay at the Palms was excellent. Staff were fantastic, they went above and beyond to help with airport transportation and booking excursions. Overall the staff ensured we have everything we need. Hotel was very clean and in a more quiet area which was nice and relaxing. Checking in and out was easy. I would definitely stay here again!
