"Xiomara was excellent. Pool attendants vey kind. The decor absolutely fascinating. Amazing place and people!"

"The location is indeed an hour away from the airport, so keep in mind there will be several toll houses to pay when coming and going. The property never has hot water. Be ready for bug bites, which I believe to be spider bites. The breakfast and staff are great, but cleanliness isn't there. The rooms are never cleaned they only come in and make the beds and there is no sweeping or mopping or hardly take the trash out which is a factor that might contribute to the amount of spiders in the room. The air conditioner does work great which is a huge plus, parking garage is below and is sometimes hard to get into as you have motorcycles constantly parking infront of the gate. Breakfast option is always egg, egg and ham or egg with tomatoe and onion. Coffee and juice is available. Place is ok for the price, but the cons are also there. "

Whether you're looking to unwind in nature, enjoy good company, or simply soak up the beauty of the surroundings, Arde La Selva is the perfect destination. I highly recommend Arde La Selva to anyone seeking a tranquil and rejuvenating getaway. The combination of natural beauty, excellent service, and relaxing atmosphere makes it a must-visit destination in Santa Fe de Antioquia. Five stars isn't enough – I'd give it ten stars if I could!"

" We had an amazing experience at Portón del Sol in Santa Fe de Antioquia! The pools were absolutely spectacular—our kids had an incredible time and didn’t want to leave. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the music created such a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. It was a fantastic day staying at this hotel with our family. We’re especially grateful for the friendly and attentive staff, the excellent attractions, the spotless rooms, and the overall comfort of the place. Highly recommended for families looking to relax and have fun. We’ll definitely be back!"

Hotel Familia Casa Blanca

2/10 Terrible

"I never write a review but this hotel needed one. The place was not well managed. The room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, and the soap in the shower did not work. The main problem is that I decided to take a weekend of rest at this place. Since we got there it had loud music the entire time, until 2:00am. We have three little kids and they couldn’t even fall asleep. After we complained at 11:00pm telling them the music is blasting and people are trying to sleep, they barely even turned it down. The food was good, but the rest of the environment was not family friendly mainly just a bar scene. Awful experience!!"
