Staff was helpful when the office was open. However, the office closes at 8pm, and there wasn’t an emergency number to call when needed.
The hot water heater does not work efficiently. Once one person showers with hot water, the next person has to wait a significant amount of time before jumping in the shower. Otherwise, you’re in for an ice cold shower.
We had to switch our cabin once due to this, but the second cabin was also lacking efficiency.
