The staff was kind and responsive to questions and concerns. However, the hotel.feels ready for a significant update. In the hallways and our room had very strong aromas of disinfectant and deodorizors. We got a new room when we shared that the intense odor challenged our asthma.

Alot of homeless people around main Street bc of their stupid ordinance laws in the area. Plus crime is getting alot worse and I believe the roofers that spoke Spanish were mocking me and my family and were very loud on the roof above
