"Buffet breakfast & diner were very good & varied. Staff friendly & helpful. A large extended character property which takes a little adjusting."

"We booked a Superior Double room. It was a very spacious room with a large bathroom (and a large shower cubicle). The room also had a balcony. In short, the room was perfect for us. The breakfast was very good, with a generally good variety of savoury and sweet options (although the choice was broader with sweet options than savoury ones). The hotel has a good swimming pool. We did not use the gym (it had some machines but overall the room was small and there were no mats) or the restaurant (it seemed pricey). The staff are all kind and helpful. There is good availability of free parking outside the hotel. I understand that there are some bus stops close to the hotel but we did not use public transport."

"Very attentive staff throughout the hotel and the property itself is very clean. A lovely place to spend a few days with the family. The indoor pool and sauna were great for a rainy day too. Free on street parking right outside the hotel door. "

"Advertised as air conditioned but on arrival with 25+degree temperatures we were told no air conditioning as still winter setting. No fans available. This required sleeping with balcony door open and subjected to street noise. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Were told only provided for premium rooms. After much argument a kettle & cups were provided. "

"Pool areas very nice, great views from the Sky bar. Junior suite is large with a balcony. Location is spot on. Overall a pleasant experience."

"We upgraded to Red Level, which was worth it because of the room upgrade, breakfast was included and the lounge facilities that included free drinks (beers, cava, wines and soft drinks with nibbles) and tapas from 1700-1900 each day. We had a great view of the marina, bay and the cathedral in the distance. Very friendly staff, who were more than helpful. "
