O hotel não possui opção de elevador. O forro de cama estava manchado quando cheguei e fui questionada se eu havia manchado. O quarto é simples e o café da manhã não é muito variado.

Hotel bem simples, achei caro para o que oferece, café da manhã bom com as opções básicas. Os dois dias que passei lá quando desci dei bom dia aos funcionários da recepção e não me responderam, não é obrigação de ninguém ser educado, mas acredito que pra um hotel é o mínimo. O quarto é bem simples, eu não solicitei berço, mas com uma criança de dois anos registrada na reserva deveriam pelo menos perguntar. As janelas do quarto são pra o corredor e para um vão que desce “compartilhando” a janela do banheiro e do quarto, assim quando alguém do quarto ou de outros andares ligam a luz do banheiro, o quarto fica iluminado porque as cortinas são muito finas. As portas são muitos finas e da pra ouvir tudo que acontece no corredor e nos outros quartos pelas janelas do vão que falei antes. A garagem é extremamente apertada e um carro fecha o outro, preferi deixar o carro na rua.

Hotel é bem localizado, porém o fato de não ter elevador e no primeiro dia termos ficado no 3 andar dificulta um pouco em questão de levar as malas. O ar condicionado é bem potente e as camas são muito boas, porém logo no primeiro dia ao usar o chuveiro o mesmo queimou, como já era tarde da noite resolvemos só comunicar a recepção no dia seguinte onde prontamente nos realocaram para um quarto no primeiro andar bem mais amplo de onde estávamos. O café da manhã é ok, não tem muita variedade mas é bom. O pessoal da recepção da parte da manhã são bem simpáticos e atenciosos, já o pessoal da tarde principalmente a recepcionista deixa a desejar um pouco e eu tenho propriedade para dizer já que trabalhei anos no ramo. No mais não tivemos nenhum problema fora o chuveiro.
