The hotel itself it’s lovely. The staff is super friendly and helpful, it’s clean and the rooms are comfortable. The only downside is that is very, very far from the downtown so it takes a while to go anywhere near the city and it can be expensive.

It’s a basic, clean room. Staff is friendly. The location is not great. It’s hidden in a street where the return from the freeway is kind of far. Otherwise, good stay.

It’s my second time staying there . 2 things it can improve the towels are old and only 2 towels are given per room . I would like couple more towels and a newer towels. The staff was great .. That a gentleman working on breakfast tall .. very good worker … I dint get his name but he is Amazing .

Pontos positivos: restaurante funciona até mais tarde. Máquina de auto atendimento para alimentação básica, estacionamento gratuito e amplo. TV grande, com boa qualidade na imagem. Pontos negativos: check-in super demorado. Duas pessoas para atender, muito lento o processo de cadastro. Somente uma recepcionista na recepção para atendimento ao cliente e também ao telefone. Colchão fino, aparência de velho. Cama soltando as duas partes. Apoio para colocar as coisas dentro do blindex minúsculo (ducha). Toalhas de banho mais velhas. Falta de toalha de rosto. Pouco papel higiênico no banheiro. Não tem cobertor. Poucos canais de TV. Rampa íngreme no estacionamento. Carpete nos corredores de acesso aos quartos encardido. Madeira dos marcos/guarnição/batente, estão trincadas e com sinais de desgastes, até colados. Elevador não tem painel de indicação, do andar que está. Falta de lixeira dentro do quarto (tem só uma pequena no banheiro). Preço do café da manhã elevado. Isolamento entre as paredes do quarto não é boa (escuta quando arrasta algum móvel ou vozes de outras pessoas ao lado). Atendimento um pouco fraco. Não tem muita simpatia com o hóspede. Todos são muito fechados e sem muita alegria ao servir. Serviço de manutenção não funciona nos fins de semana, se ocorrer qualquer problema tem que sair do quarto e ir para outro (até uma troca de lâmpada), caso não tenha outro quarto disponível, o hóspede tem que se virar, um absurdo! Travesseiro mole e mais velho.
