The Oldest and Poorest Hotel Ever

It is the worst, most expensive, and oldest hotel where I have stayed. The restaurant staff is cold, food variety is very poor, the towel is much older than me, the room door is from last century, the facilities are so simple for the price. It would worth only 1/5 the price they offer.

This hotel is ok. I’d say it’s a three-star at best. Our room had visible water damage on the wall near one of the windows where the plaster was actually crumbling. They never should be having guests in such a room. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. The staff were polite but not overly friendly. The bathroom was ABSURDLY small. The minibar fridge was off kilter. The neighborhood has definitely seen better days and has gone downhill in recent years. The charge from bringing a pet was WAY too high. I think you can definitely do far better in Belo. I definitely would NOT stay here again.

Há pontos a melhorar para oferecer um bom sono

O hotel tem uma boa estrutura. A limpeza é eficiente, mas no quarto havia um vazamento por trás do aparelho de ar condicionado, que estava produzindo mofo na parede. O aparelho de ar condicionado precisa de manutenção ou troca, pois é muito barulhento. A janela, classificada como antirruido, na verdade, não impede que o barulho de carros e motos incomode. O ideal é ficar em quarto mais afastado possível da movimentada avenida. O café da manhã é muito repetitivo e não contempla nenhuma raiz. Os funcionários são atenciosos.

A entrada do Hotel, recepção e quarto são impecáveis, o hall comum entre os quartos é acarpetado (pelo menos no andar que fiquei) e isto precisa melhorar. Tive um dissabor no café da manhã. Por 2 dias serviram iogurte de morango cortado, informei a atendente que ambos os dias informou que o iogurte estava apenas congelado e segundo a chefe de cozinha podia ser servido. Sendo que na 2a. vez ela ainda emendou e disse (conforme lhe falei ontem....). Fica a pergunta, é este tipo de experiência que o Hotel quer proporcionar ao hóspede ? O Hotel "reusa" aquilo que não foi consumido no dia anterior ? Mesmo tendo aquela apresentação ? É preciso rever estas pessoas, a experiência que se quer dar ao hóspede e o protocolo alimentar !

Péssimo hotel. Não recomendo. Falta tudo. O estacionamento é ruim, o chuveiro é horrível e o ar-condicionado não funciona. Fiz a reserva pelo app, mas tive que pagar uma “taxa de serviço” na hora do check-in (o que não havia sido informado). Além disso, fui impedido de levar dois talhares para o quarto, mesmo no horário de limpeza do salão. Fujam desse lugar!
