It’s a good hotel to stay at close by the airport. It’s my “go to” hotel in Confins. Breakfast is always great and the rooms are nice. Hot water, nice air conditioning , comfy and fresh rooms. They even offer free transport from the airport to the hotel!

I loved the price, staff and breakfast! That more than made up for some repairs that need done on the property and the area around the hotel being run down. I just tried to reserve a room again for our next trip and it says not available through Expedia.

The A/C barely worked. We were given a number to call for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. No one answers the number. We took ride share to the hotel, told them, and they just said “that’s not us”.

Cardápio no quarto vi frango passarinho, desci, ia sentar no local com as mesas e a moça da recepção diz faz pedido aqui." É perceptivel que é a primeira vez no hotel, sem saber disso. Há anos no Hoteis.com em todas viagens sempre bem atendido, exceto lá. A viagem de Mariana, com trânsito e obras foi cansativa, resolvi comer frango tomando cerveja. Disse isso a ela e pedi pro frango vir com muito alho, "sem me olhar, ela diz vem do geito que é feito" Quase disse, troca suas 4 ferraduras! Estresse/1. E a cerveja vc pede, ela vc pega, embora tinha mesas cheias de garrafas, não tinha nenhuma na geladeira. Aí fiquei esperando um bom tempo o frango, que não saia. Aí vi numa enorme mesa o frango, disse a ela é o meu, ela diz tá o número do quarto na embalgem, era o meu, peguei 1 refri e fui ao quarto, pela demora tava frio, numa pequena travessa com muito alface, acho que tinha bem menos que as 400 gramas, ditas no cardápio. No dia seguinte, não fiz o check out na hora certa, "saí pra nunca mais voltar", após o café da manhã que oposto aos outros hoteis do interior e capital, invés do delicioso queijo mineiro, tinha o comum queijo prato. Nota 10 pra ela, nos quesitos mau humor, groseiria e falta de educação!
