One room experienced a minor issue of a low battery chirp from the smoke detector in the middle of the night. Maintenance was not on site to immediately address the issue, but the front desk staff immediately moved the occupant to another room to accommodate. Only other issue, water pressure for shower was low on the 6th floor. "
