"We spent five nights in a standard 7th-floor double room. The room was bright, modern (generically appealing), soundproof, spacious and comfortable, accommodating my and my mum's needs. Although, personally, the bed (a queen rather than double) was more on the firmer side for us. The en-suite was lovely and sizeable, with a shower (walk-in) and toilet entered through one main door but segregated by a sliding door, which provided us with enough privacy and convenience. "I am trying to get a duplicated payment, which was taken from Serramar reception in error and am having IMMENSE dificultirmes trying to have the payment reimbursed. My messages aren't being answered and am unable to contact the Serramar via telephone."

"The property was really well located near to shops, bars, restaurants, the marina and the beach. The place itself was in good condition with two good sized bedrooms, a spacious lounge/dining area and separate kitchen. Francisco could not have been more helpful from the moment he picked us up from the airport to dropping us back again. We will definitely stay at the puerto marina Beach & Golf apartment again when we return to Benalmadena."

"It’s not the most modern, but it’s very clean and beds are very comfortable. Nice large size rooms. Great location and near to good public transport. Will be happy to return. "

"Lovely hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Apartments spacious, comfortable and clean. Huge beds! We had breakfast and dinner only. Large choice of cooked food, salads, breads, cakes and fruit. Lots of meat! Only disappointment was there was no protein for vegetarians, lots of veg, pasta, salad etc. I spoke with the chef and he said no one has ever mentioned it before and they will try and make something. The next day there was lentils and quinoa. Hopefully in the future they will...
