Excellent location, minutes from the beach. Property is a little dated but spotlessly clean throughout. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Never a problem getting a sunbed at the pool. Highly recommended.

Lovely Stay in a Perfect Location

Sunny Beach was perfect for what we needed. Location is excellent with everything you need on your doorstep. Beach 5mins down the hill and across the road beach view from every apartment lovely to wake up to. Bars, restaurants & shops all around you and a short walk to the marina too. Apartments are a bit tired could do with some updgrading but had everything we needed. Was clean though and beds were comfy. Enough sun loungers for every apartment so no rushing down in the morning to get one. Pool area clean and quiet. Perfect for a relaxing week in the sun, will definitelty be back.

Overall our stay was lovely. The staff was very friendly. Great access to the beach and we enjoyed the swimming pool. The only thing negative was the fact that our towels were dirty and the water was going everywhere in the bathroom. It's a budget friendly hotel so you get what you pay for.

The view is amazing from the balcony, but the apartment needs a serious upgrade, new bed, a good blankets, the kitchen needs definitely some renovation, the sink is disgusting, rusty and smelly. The gentleman downstairs is however very nice and accommodating.

We love coming here location is perfect and no fighting for sunbeds etc. This time there seemed to be quite a lot of noise early in the morning think the cleaners doing rooms etc from 7.30am moving furniture etc wasn’t like that before. Doesn’t put me off but not ideal if you like a long lie.
