Great location to downtown Bend. All within walking distance. Only complaint is hotel charges $20 per day for parking I feel if you are staying there they should allow you to park there. There’s plenty of parking for their guests Its just a way to gouge customers for more money.

The hotel was very well located. There are lots of places to eat and drink within a 5 minute walk and getting to the rest of the city is easy with a GPS system. The staff was friendly and very accommodating in choosing a room. The lighting in the room falls short. All of the lights and lamps are a distance away from the coffee maker so I had to use the flashlight on my phone to see what I was doing there. The TV was wonky every time I used it; turning itself off after a time and then I had to go through a whole restart process. I'll stay here again though, for the reasonable cost compared to other hotels nearby.

1. The heating system in our room was flaky - room was too hot, even with the thermostat turned low or off, the in room heating system kept pushing the same amount of heat into the room.
2. The bed was sunken in towards the middle leaving us drifting into the center.
3. The pillows were far to soft
