Staff was extremely friendly. The dining staff was very helpful, always smiling and attentive. The food was excellent with a wonderful lavish spread for breakfast. The front desk equipped my Mom with a wheelchair and were always available to help her with in and out of the taxi. All in all, an excellent experience!

Mildew Roaches Blown bulbs Shoddy repairs Construction crew outside the rooms at 6am If I could give less than one star I would. First room - mildew, 2nd room - roacheS. They offered a 3rd room. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. We declined their offer of that 3rd room and saved our vacation. We left for a much better hotel nearby with a comparable price. For our discomfort, they “offered” to not charge us for the final days of our reservation. Please, if you’re looking for a place to stay, do yourself a favor & look elsewhere. Of note, the front desk staff, porters and doormen are extremely courteous, professional & understanding. Management & supervision seems lacking.

While the property itself is lovely, with lush gardens and a great restaurant onsite, be forewarned that the top floor of this hotels turns into a club most evenings. I wouldn't have minded if it was properly soundproofed and didn't disturb hotel guests, but that certainly wasn't the case. It's quite loud and even from 5 floors away, the music was very noticeable. Moreover, after 8/9pm, the lobby and surrounding areas are packed with club-goers lining up to get in. Ultimately, not a very relaxing stay at all...
