"I broke out it hives and started itching I asked for housekeeping for 2 days to give me towels and sheets the guy told me they don’t have housekeeping every day, I even showed him pictures of what happened to me and he didn’t offer me nothing I even went to buy my own toilet paper. Goodluck"

"I'll start by saying the rooms were alittle modern. They were clean. And, that's about all the good I can say. I hated the way you check in and out. The moment you enter the office there is a monitor half the size of a human that has someone pop on the screen from who knows where that was unlocking lockers and telling me which number to open for my keys. Then another box for towels and another for cups and plates. I felt like I was in prison! Very inpersonable! Don't even know if they were even in this country because the communication barrier was strong. Along with their accent. Had to constantly ask them to repeat themselves. My room was next to a huge dirt hill. That was my view! Something that looked like a construction site. The floors had tons of chipped and broken planks. The bed caved in the middle. I stayed here because it had a higher rating than a hotel I stayed at just a couple of weeks prior. Not sure who is rating these places, but the other hotel was nicer and included breakfast. As advanced as technology is, and the fact that I just said I checked in with someone on a screen, they must be using staff and friends to write these reviews! No way was this place better than my previous place. The experience felt shady and uncomfortable. Then I had to call them 3 days later to release my deposit. First and last stay!!!"

"No hot water, the water was brown (duty) tub was very duty and had hair from previous stayed people. Will never stay again at any of this hotels."

"DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! It was the most filthy, dirty, disgusting, & un-maintained hotel I have ever seen. The exterior is dirty & garbage strewn. The lobby & halls were full of stacked up boxes & other junk. The carpets, walls & ceilings were dirty & stained. The walls & doors all needed patching & painting. The bed linens were yellow as if stained by tobacco or grease. I've seen public housing projects in the poorest neighborhoods that were cleaner & in better condition than this place. That is no doubt why they only offer non-refundable reservations. Both the franchise owner & the Quality Inn chain should be ashamed to offer such miserable accommodations."

"The woman who was taken care of serving breakfast and helping take care of guests was incredibly helpful and kind. She was just terrific. She really went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and she was walking around and helping everyone as they ate their meal. It really stood out to me how much she loved her job."
