Clean,neat as a pin, many amenities such as snack room with materials to make S'mores, tea, apples, chips, popcorn, Kind bars, etc. Very generous. Loved the window boxes and yard furniture, copying nook by snack room. Charming, homey, great deal through Expedia. Beautiful area.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a little older but still in good condition. It was very clean! The staff was extremely responsive to any questions or needs that we had. We loved the little snack book and having coffee in the morning was great.

The bed was very comfortable! We had a great sleep and made our breakfast in the "snack room". It was pleasant and quiet- we sat on chairs out front looking at the mountain in front of us. It was a great place to stay.

The Brittany in Manchester, VT is a self check in hotel. Make sure you read your check in email before you get to the hotel because the signal is sketchy and you need your room number and access code to get into your room. They send that information the day of your arrival so make sure to check your email when you have signal!. There is the cutest snack lounge with a kitchen and seating area. They have extra towels, pak n play, air mattress etc. Nice touch. The room itself was clean, and the vintage bathroom was cute (50's green) The bed was not the most comfortable.

Our room had a refrigerator that was very noisy and leaked water on the floor. Overall, it has a nice field to it. There’s a fire pit outside and a snack shack where you can get snacks and things you need for s’mores. The AC was a little loud also, but they have read on the rooms and have done a very good job with that.

I have made the mistake of staying at some pretty bad motel's so I am always leery until I open the door. I was very pleasantly surprised with my room at Brittany. Very clean, well lit and everything I needed as a business traveler. The owners were VERY communicative and even made some great suggestions for dinner! (Ye olde Tavern was GREAT) I will DEFINITELY be staying there again when in the area.

The Brittany Motel is perfect for an overnight stay when visiting Manchester, VA! The rooms are clean and cozy. Although there is minimal staff on site and no lobby, the staff online is swift to respond and attentive to following through. The one caution is to be sure to understand the door code instructions when you check in. They are clear but were buried in a flood of Expedia messages. I was briefly quite at a loss.

Staff was helpful, room was truly beautiful and beyond what most motels would offer. Though small-ish, the bathroom was impeccable. Lounge/kitchen was stocked with snacks and had microwave, fridge, utensils, tea/coffee/oatmeal for breakfast and was really handy. Saved time. Will recommend to friends.

I liked the clean room and bathroom was reasonably clean. The only staff I encountered was the gentleman who spoke little English cleaning the rooms. The shared kitchen was quite fine, and I can see how dog owners would appreciate the more purposeful backyard dog run/ play area. My only strong complaint is the parking setup, which made it way too tight to park my car on the diagonal (between 2 vehicles that had better, more spacious perpendicular parking) in the corner for Room # 5 (I suspect that they book this room last, as it is the least convenient or assured comfortable assigned/ suggested parking space on the property. Arriving around 8 pm and finding that I could barely (mere inches on both sides) fit my standard RAV4 in this diagonal space was an unnerving / stressful way to arrive and unload. Once I brought in my belongings, I parked further down the line so as to lessen the chances of getting dinged in the morning by the other parked cars. Other than that, the bed was reasonably comfortable and I was happy with the price. Can’t say that I was impressed enough to necessarily stay loyal to this location, though.

I was traveling with my dog and the hotel was very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The WiFi unfortunately wasn’t reliable and there was no cell service. The only thing I would say needs improving is the entrance lighting. I arrived in the dark and the road didn’t have any light so I had to rely solely on gps telling me to turn because even though there were lights on the hotel sign, I couldn’t make out the actual turn into the hotel it was so dark and sorta drove past and had to back up.
