Em ótimo estado e com serviços excelentes

Hotel muito bem localizado e em ótimas condições. Café da manhã completo. Wi-Fi funcional. Tem uma bela piscina e área de eventos. O concierge sabe tudo da região do Vale. Ponto de melhora :: estacionamento. Não há vagas suficientes para carro.

Hotel custo benefício bom. Porém, pouco atenciosos na recepção. Café da manhã bom. Quarto amplo. Cama com colchão com desnível, esse foi o ponto negativo da estadia.

O quarto que contratei possuía um banheiro diferente do que o que foi concedido. Talvez voltado para acessibilidade, mas não foi o que eu escolhi. A garagem apertadíssima, tive que colocar em outro local concedido pelo hotel. A hidro da piscina não estava 100% limpa. Razoável no geral. Por fim, solicitei serviço de quarto (placa na porta) e não fui atendido. Café da manhã excelente e atendimento rápido.

Hotel excelente, bom café da manhã localização ótima, estrutura ótima , destaque para colaboradora Joana, na minha chegada a mesma estava em atendimento com outro hospede, nos atendeu com muita simpatia, no check-out, a mesma fez nosso check out e estava atendendo uma demanda de outro hospede que teve um problema no estacionamento, guardou nossas malas pois tivemos que ir ao shopping, tudo isso ao mesmo tempo oque é difícil de se ver em atendimento no Brasil parabéns para Joana

Ótima experiência no TRI HOTEL VITÓRIA. Suíte 403 Apesar da temperatura negativa, ficamos bem confortável no interior do hotel. Muito bem localizado. Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. Café da manhã gostoso. Chuveiro bem quentinho e com excelente pressão, cama king muito confortável, armário, mesa de trabalho, frigobar, cofre. Roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade. Senti falta de uma tomada de um dos lados da cama. Voltarei com certeza

Tivemos problemas com barulhos do quarto ao lado, que ficaram até a madrugada conversando e rindo (estavam com outras pessoas no quarto). Baixo isolamento acústico.

Ficamos no Tri Hotel em Antonio Prado e por termos gistado resolvemos ficar na mesma rede. Havia duas opções de Tri Hotel em Bento e escolhemos o Vittoria por ser aparentemente melhor. A cama era confortavel, o quarto estava limpo. O chuveiro era bom a TV nao era smart. O ar condicionado NÃO FUNCIONA. Tentamos de tudo pra ele resfriar e ele só esquentava o quarto, aparentemente é uma pré configuração (estava escrito ao lado dele). Foi uma noite quente, desagradável.

Razoável, pois fiquei em um quarto pequeno onde o cofre não estava funcionando e não resolveram o problema durante a minha estadia.Reservei o mesmo quarto que minha amiga reservou e o quarto dela tinha até cozinha.Pergunto a mim mesmo porque? Ducha higiênica vazando água. Café da manhã não tinha pão francês e faltando repor alguns itens.. Resolvi jantar no restaurante do hotel e pedi um bife a milanesa que veio totalmente sem tempero,duro,cheio de gordura e a batata frita fria.Experiência não muito boa.
