“Unfortunately this place is in desperate need of investment. The kerb appeal is very good but the jetty for example is falling into the river and not as pictured. The room wasn't very clean which is a great pity as the owner is very friendly. The food was lovely, we had both Breakfast and evening meals and could not fault them. It just a great shame that it is not as good as it could be. If the owner makes a investment in his property he could definitely charge more to stay.”

“Absolutely perfect in every way. Great value for money. Beautiful view from our balcony over the lovely swimming pool. Breakfast was massive! Abu was really helpful. He also picked us up from the airport, and drove us to Hillary’s via a turtle hatchery and a boat trip on the River Madu. I would definitely recommend him as a driver if you’re looking for someone reliable. ”

“They have two nice pools. Although we have used only seaside and beach. Not enough and old sunbeds. They have a shower on the beach side. Experienced, helpful and kind staff. They have let me to call airline due to sudden situation. Thanks a lot for it. We have waited a bit long for the dinner after ordering in the restaurant and at the end one of the order was forgotten. They have said sorry. So assuming it was just incidental. Recommended. ”

“Stannade där i 3 nätter, bra service från hotell ägaren som var trevlig. Polen fin men vi ville mera vara vid havet. De körde en till stranden gratis med tuktuk vilket var riktigt bra, stranden är fin men det finns så många finare stränder och städer på Sri lanka som jag mer skulle rekommendera att besöka. Helt okej vistelse men skulle inte välja att bo här igen.”

Free beach chairs. Can by drinks/food- everyone there also nice. Good place to rest, be at beach, breakfast good, restaurant/bar in hotels right there. Thank you for a good stay!”
