We arrived late but check in was easy via the 24hr reception in the hotel next door. The suite was the well equipped and finished to a high standard and spotlessly clean. Would thoroughly recommend staying here again
We stayed a week and really liked the place. It was about a 10 minute walk to 2 subway stations and the park. We did not hear a sound when our door was closed. Everything was really comfortable.
It’s a fab hotel, has great priced eateries, of great quality at end of road, as well as supermarket, the train for town is just 10 mins away but why they didn’t install air con is anyone’s guess, it’s a must
The room never cooled to make it bearable, even with fan on 24/7. The bathroom worse
Like the small kitchen and dishwasher in the room. Hotel is quite far away from subway station.

Check in was difficult as I received no instruction in English how to
Obtain my key as there’s no receptionist . The room I had was like a Sauna and with no A/C. Luckily the staff at the NUI next door were excellent and helped me with getting in and changing my room.
Not the best visit, I'm afraid. The property is challenging to access (the hotel I booked under is named something different) and when I arrived at the hotel, the reception desk was closed. I had to check into another hotel's desk, which wasn't very clear.
I also think the fact the rooms are only cleaned weekly to be a big downside. The rooms accumulate a lot of dust, so much so that when I checked into the room it was dusty already. After 2 nights, it was very noticeable, but I don't think its fair to expect guests to pay for housekeeping when the building is so dust/dirt prone.
I wouldn't recommend staying again.
The hotel couldn’t check us in to begin with and left us sat with another guest for 2 hours, the manager would not come to speak to us only email the front desk, it was 32 degrees and we never got offered a drink or anything.

I didn't like the location at all
Very basic room
U cant even call the room service to come and fix anything
Check in self was the worse experience. Very poor area with everything. I had really very bad experience. Not convenient at all for the transportation.
Both the reception staff and the cleaning staff put very little effort so that the passenger is comfortable. On the other hand, forget an envelope with documents in the room. As of today, it is impossible to communicate by phone, they did not respond to any of the 3 emails sent, my son went to the hotel twice and they do not allow him to enter with someone from the hotel to look for the envelope, they tell him that they are going to call him and nothing. A shame
The building is new and clean, but the spatial distribution of things inside the rooms is just not functional. In the bathroom, the mirror is way too far from the sink, rendering it impossible to e.g. floss or do skincare treatments. The shower area has no door or curtain so the water floods the whole bathroom while showering. There is no air conditioning and the room was extremely hot, making it difficult to sleep even with the window left completely open.
I stayed here in the height of summer . No AC . The building isn’t a year old . Quite noisy fromannindustrial unit next door I moved the other side of the building to enjoy weeks of builders breaking if the fake brick facade outside . The place is ok luckily I found that I could get a fan after being here a fortnight should’ve been 1 in the room from the get go. The faculties are good just the lack of ac and noise outside . The place is a nice part of berlin but it’s not at all great for public transport . Bus area . An S bahn is in early 20 mins walk to Ubahn stations 15 minute walk . It’s situated right on the border of tiergarten borough and charlottenberg .. the area is nice but quite bad for public transport considering it’s relatively quite central it’s quite puzzling .the place was ok but there are drawbacks ..nothing major
The reception is in the hotel next door. It was not clear where to queue up for that. Only one key was provided (and when we asked for a second one, they deactivated the first one!).
The room was quite dirty; when the cleaner came, they did not make the bed, or empty the bins. On request to empty the bin, half of it was emptied (no new bin bag was put in, though), and half of the contents were moved to another bin!
There was no air-con, only a noisy fan. The window could not be opened more than a crack, and so the room was very very noisy.
The kitchen might have been OK, but there was a sign saying that there was a smoke alarm, and that if this was set off, there would be an 800EUR charge!
Overall, I would not stay here again, as it was hot, dirty, inconvenient and mediocre in all ways.
