Unfreundlich und nicht kundenorientiert

Das Zimmer wurde trotz nicht erstattungsfähiger Rate anderweitig vermietet - das nur, weil die eine von drei (bereits bezahlten) Übernachtungen nicht genutzt wurde. Beim Versuch das Problem zu lösen, legte die Mitarbeiterin einfach auf. Das war die letzte Buchung diesem Hotel.

Vcelku spokojenost

hotel odpovídá německým cenám,snad by jen mohli v nabídkách pokojů uvádět nutnost rezervace parkování před hotelem,nám vyšli vstříc,ale chybělo málo a měli jsme smůlu. Jinak personál vstřícný,a hlavně Výborné snídaně! Vynikající přístup vedení hotelu,vstřícnost(jak paní recepční,tak ředitel p.Jerczyk).Domluva v několika jazycích,pro východo(středo)evropany příjemná možnost použít ruský jazyk :),snad jen společný balkon pro dva pokoje(my nekuřáci,sousedé naopak) může být malý problém,jinak relativně spokojenost.

Séjour parfait, bémol en réservant une place de parking à 8 euros la journée je m'attend à avoir ma place réservée hors lorsque vous quittez votre emplacement elle peut être occupée lorsque vous rentrez d'une balade. À revoir. Petit dejeuner parfait.

Hyvä perushotelli lähellä kaikkea

Pääsimme kirjautumaan hotelliin jo klo 11:00. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, mutta englanniksi ei voi kovin paljoa kommunikoida. Siisti, turvallinen perushotelli jossa päivittäisestä siisteydestä huolehdittiin. Mitä ilmeisimmin myös paikallisten suosiossa. Lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä ostoskatu Ku'damm, lukuisia merkkiliikkeitä, hyviä ja huokeita ravintoloita, aurinkoisia terasseja ja sopivasti vilinää. Bussi ja S- tai U-bahn vie näppärästi minne tahansa päin kaupunkia.

Der Service war Ok. Das Personal hat sich Mühe gegeben. Aber angefangen bei einer Zimmertür, wo man im verschlossenen Zustand einen 5mm Türspalt hat, also auch laut vom Flur her, die Steckdosen am Bett konnt man nicht nutzen, da das neue Bett davor stand und man es nicht bewegen konnte, es keine Nachttischlampe gibt und auch kein Schalter am Bett, wo man eina andres Licht einschalten konnte, das Tv-Programm wirklich drei Sender hatte und Radio, die Fenster nicht richtig dicht sind, so das man man nachts um 3.00Uhr wach wird im zweiten Stock, weil draussen Leute vor der Tür rauchten, altes Linoleum auf dem Boden sehr unangenehm ist, so das man definitv Hausschuhe benötigt und morgens um 5.00 Uhr das Treppenhaus gesaugt wird. Der Abschluß war dann der Kaffeeautomat im Empfang, wo man den 2€-Kaffee in einem überdimensionierten Kaffeebecher suchen konnte. Da bekommt man selbst an der Tankstelle mehr. Das Zimmer auf dem Foto, habe ich definitiv nicht bekommen.

Com supermercado perto e acessibilidade para o transporte público, o hotel tem ótima localização perto da kuhdamm e tem funcionários muito solicitos e atenciosos apesar de não falarem bem inglês. Só o Wi-Fi que não funciona em vários momentos, o hotel conta com 3 andares e uma rede pra cada. Após as 22h as redes por andar sumiam e ficava apenas a recepção (quando ficava) que caia toda hora.

Eenvoudig, maar wel met nieuw badkamer

Eenvoudig hotel, met nieuwe badkamer in de door ons geboekte kamer. Ontbijt is eenvoudig maar goed. Veel rumoer van andere gasten. Hotelpersoneel deed daar verder niets aan.

Hotellin taso OK, en sanoisi että 4 tähden hotelli mutta kelpo 3. Wifi ei toiminut 4. kerroksen huoneessamme kunnolla. Hotellia varatessamme aamiaisen piti kuulua hintaan, mutta hotellille saavuttuamme kuulimme ettei se kuulunutkaan hintaan ja olisi pitänyt maksaa extra paikan päällä. Seuraavana aamuna kävimme katsomassa miltä aamiainen näyttää eikä se vastannut odotuksiamme. Emme ostaneet aamiaista hotellilla vaan menimme suosiolla läheiseen kahvilaan. Aamiaiseen liittyvän sotkun takia jäi hieman paha maku suuhun hotellista..

Un bon rapport qualité-prix

Un bon hôtel pour son prix. La chambre est très propre, grande, avec un balcon. L'hôtel est situé à 5mins à pied de la station de métro. On rejoint le centre ville en 30mins. C'est un très bon hôtel abordable pour visite Berlin !

Nice small hotel in calm location

The hotel was exactly as I expected: small, nice, in a good calm location (10 min to S Charlottenburg, 15 min to S Halensee by foot, near the park and supermarket Lidl). The room was not to small (for 1 person), nice style, fresh air from the park near. The bathroom in good condition, enough soap and shampoo. The breakfast was also good, included hot dishes. The only thing, that was not so good: wi-fi (sometimes didn't work). In general, very good hotel for its price. P.S. Персонал говорит по-русски :)

Small room, but OK

The room was very small. There was no room for a normal chair, instead a stool was provided. The room was nicely outfitted with a comfortable bed, shower and toilet. Everything was clean. I didn't spend much time in my room, but in case you would want to do so or need to do so, the only reasonable option would be to use the bed. There was a small fridge (not for a hotel bar), so I could bring some drinks and snacks to my room that would need to be kept cold. Alas, no watercooker was provided. So I couldn't make a cup of tea in the morning or evening. Concluding: For the price I was satisfied and would go there again.

Gret city hotel

This was a business trip and it was perfect. Free nearby parking, close to the train station and free wifi. Plus the room was quiet even though I was facing the street. Staff were very nice and helpful
