Hier ist man gut aufgehoben

Es war sauber, habe nichts zu meckern. Besonders gut, habe versehentlich falsch gebucht, Verschiebung um eine Nacht kein Problem, sehr positiv.

Sehr schönes Haus mit schönen Zimmern. Freundliches Team, gute Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder (drin). Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und kommen gern wieder!

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Mitarbeiter in der Cantina sind sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Checkin funktionierte nur über einen Rückruf vom Notdienst, der über Handy nicht erreichbar war. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig. Die Betten bzw. Matratzen haben ihre beste Zeit hinter sich. Was vermisst wurde, ein Kleiderschrank. Es gibt in dem Zimmer keinen Kleiderschrank. Internet ging die ersten 2 Tage auch nicht. Alles in allem haben wir für den Preis mehr erwartet.

Der Empfang des Schlüssels nach meiner Ankunft war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, hat aber dann gut geklappt. Die Kaffeemaschine im Flurbereich hat leider nicht funktioniert und es war auch keine Bedienungsanleitung zu finden.

Leider überbucht, dumme Ausreden.

Hatten eines der Doppelzimmer 2 Monate im Voraus gebucht, da wir schonmal dort waren wußte ich daß die Zimmer sehr komfortabel und die Betten ausreichend groß sind. Leider war es der Vorabend zum EM-Finale. Der Besitzer ließ uns über einen Mitarbeiter mittags mitteilen, daß wir in einer Unterkunft im Nachbarort untergebracht werden. Stornieren ging nicht mehr, da alle bezahlbaren Hotels belegt waren. Die Unterkunft war schlichtweg überbucht. Ausrede war fadenscheinig: Angeblich hätte ein anderer Gast sein Gepäck im Zimmer stehen lassen, (PS: verar***** kann ich mich selbst). Von der "ganzen" Unterkunft im Nachbarort hatten wir nicht viel. Es gab kein Internet, die Schlafzimmer waren klein, das Doppelbett war viel zu klein. Lediglich das Bad war OK. Das Angebot ein Gratisfrühstück zu bekommen indem wir morgens beim Café nebenan in Ketzin darum betteln haben wir gerne ausgeschlagen und sind direkt nach Hause gefahren. War das zweite Mal, daß wir dort waren, wohl auch das letzte Mal.

Licht und Schatten.... In der Dusche war zwar der Wandhalter, jedoch fehlte der Duschgelspender. Body Lotion war ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Das extra zu zahlende Frühstück für 12,50 (scheinbar zumindest wenn man über Expedia bucht) ist so la la.... Obst sah nicht sonderlich frisch aus / Salate (z.B. Fleisch-/Eiersalat) gab es keine / der Kaffee war geschmacksneutral / die Brötchen aufgebacken....

Rezeption mittels Schlüsseltresor war optimal, so dass wir keinen Zeitdruck mit der Anreise hatten. Unterkunft ist mitten drin und trotzdem ruhig, fußläufig zu Havel und Restaurants, schöne Umgebung.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Sehr schöne, große Unterkunft, das Frühstück für 12,50 EUR war sehr gut. Alles Tip Top sauber und gemütlich, bis auf eine Sache: das Wasser der Dusche war nicht unbedingt warm. Manch einen könnte das stören, denn bei einem Preis von 105 EUR / Nacht / Doppelzimmer erwartet man da normalerweise was anderes. Man sollte auch unbedingt vorher nochmal anrufen und die Ankunftszeiten mitteilen, den Zimmerschlüssel bekommt man gegebenenfalls nur per Code am Eingang wenn es später wird.

Alles hat sehr gut geklappt, der Schlüssel kam aus dem Safe, nachdem wir angerufen hatten und uns der Code übermittelt wurde. Es herrschte die ganze Zeit eine wohltuende Ruhe. Leider hatten wir uns in der Check out Zeit vertan und wurden ganz nett von dem Personal eine dreiviertel Stunde später darauf hingewiesen.
