Yes! Freezer that freezes!

Outstanding and comfortable and kind staff and nice design. And a freezer that actually keeps things frozen! And hand soap that makes you stop in your tracks not just because of its totally distinct, mellow, wonderfully memorable fragrance but also because you have never used a hotel hand soap that made you feel so gently refreshed and naturally clean.

The area was quiet but had no restaurants to dine. A medium size supermarket was near by which was only 3 minutes or so walking distance. This was very useful as we had a family apartment for four. There is a bus stop right outside he apartment which was very convenient. The apartment we got was on the ground floor. Very little sunlight and hence was relatively dark even during the day time. The kitchen is well equiped.

Great location close to operspree station with lots of frequent links to berlin central station. Lovely flat very clean modern would definitely use again. Only minor thing was The communication was not 100% clear that you would get the code on the day and was not able to register on their local system until the day before as they had a different reservation number which they only provided to me the day before that wasnt the same one as the hotels.com reservation. So therefore i was worried that i wouldn't be able to access the property without being able to login to get the codes and initially didnt get responses to my emails and messages but eventually got through my phone to clarify and I'm glad i didn't change the booking it was a beautiful flat and great time with my friends

I stayed there for a week. It’s a nice place and the river view was incredible but don’t keep the balcony door open because all the insects will enter your room because the river is beside you.

It’s a completely new building,therefore everything is brand new and very clean! Everything you need during your stay is in the apartment, it’s very well equipped. It’s also very quiet, we didn’t hear anything from the neighbors or the street.

Coming from another country, the language was a barrier (and that is when we did find someone to speak to). The customer service was horrible. We tried to find someone to answer questions we had which proved extremely difficult. When we did find a young lady, she said she had only been a week and could not answer these questions. Also, at time to pay, this was an issue because we could not pay in cash. Imagine, no one was at the front desk to collect cash payment. Your site says 24HR front desk service and we could not find this at ANY TIME. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

Wir waren zu viert im Nena und hatten ein großes Zimmer, mit ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene und zudem einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Spree. Die Terrasse mit dem Blick auf das Wasser war unbezahlbar! Parken kann man kostenlos direkt vor der Tür und in den Nebenstraßen. Das Bett und auch die Schlafcouch waren super bequem. Wir würden wieder das Nena buchen! :)

部屋は綺麗でバルコニーからの眺めも良く、Reweで買い物をして部屋で調理ができるので経済的です。バス停が近いので、鉄道やトラムの駅まではバスでの移動が便利です。総合的に良かったのですが、注意点が２つ有ります。建物の出入り口は暗証番号で開錠しますが、ホテルから送られるメールをよく読みましょう。部屋の暗証番号なども書いてますが、暗証番号は複数あるので、そのうちの１つが建物の出入り口の暗証番号だということを覚えておきましょう。WiFiがつながってないとメールを受信できない人は特に注意が必要です。２つ目は、３泊以上の連泊でも、用意されているタオルは２セットしか有りません。地下に洗濯機が有るので、洗って使うか、持参しないと使用済みのタオルを繰り返し使用することになります。またベルリンに行くことがあれば、次回も利用したいと思います。

Das Zimmer hatte eine defekte Dusche. Uns konnte kein Ersatzzimmer gegeben werden und wir sollten doch „einfach auf die Dusche für den Tag verzichten“. Kundenservice war ebenso katastrophal, schon leicht provokant, was denn der Herr nun machen soll? Morgens ist aus der Decke eine Schabe aus den Decken gekrabbelt. Viel Spaß beim Aufenthalt

Tolles Apartment, ruhig, super ausgestattet und mit herrlichem Blick auf die Spree. Kann ich wirklich empfehlen. Und genügend Cafés um die Ecke zum Frühstück gibt’s auch, z.B. das niedliche Café Delicias. Zudem sind Supermarkt, Drogerie und Bushaltestelle gleich gegenüber.

Dejlige nye lejligheder i god stand og med alt det tilbehør, man kan ønske sig. Vi havde lidt udfordringer med knækfunktionen på lejlighedens døre, så det var ikke muligt at få alm. frisk luft ind - men det er nok løst til næste gang, vi besøger stedet.
