Great Key system out of reception hours

We came out of hours but the digital key system worked really well. The next day the receptionist was sweet to help us finding the best way to go to Berlin Center.

Ich war sehr überrascht von der Anfrage des Viktoria Parkhotels, meinen Aufenthalt zu bewerten. Ich hatte keinen Aufenthalt, da wir beim Einchecken mit der Reservierung abgewiesen wurden. Das Familienzimmer war etwas mehr als eine Woche im Voraus gebucht. Es gab auch eine Bestätigung, dass der Check-in-Code am Check-in-Tag um 15 Uhr eintreffen würde. So weit, so gut. Also fuhren wir 600 km nach Velten, aber als wir ankamen, checkte uns der Automat nicht ein. Ich versuchte, über die Nummer in der Hotels.com-App anzurufen. Die Nummer existierte nicht. Also rief ich die Nummer an der Rezeption an. Eine freundliche junge Dame versuchte, uns telefonisch im System zu finden, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Zehn Minuten später kam sie im Hotel an, sagte aber, dass wir nicht im System seien und dass die Bestätigung, die wir hätten, nicht der üblichen entspräche. Und da alles ausgebucht sei, sei kein Zimmer für uns frei. Daraus muss man lernen: Buchen Sie dieses Hotel niemals über Drittanbieter, sondern nur über die hoteleigene Website.

An sich ist es ein gutes Hotel, allerdings nur für eine Nacht. Beim Frühstück muss dringend nachgebessert werden!! wenn man dafür schon bezahlt möchte man auch frische Brötchen haben und keine Aufbackdinger. Im allgemeinen ein gutes Hotel.

Alles super ABER der Schlüsselcode hat nicht funktioniert, trotz extra Anmeldung im Wlan. Man musste extra in dem Automaten einchecken. Kein Personal war telefonisch erreichbar.

Styvmoderligt behandlat hotell

Det var ett hotell som lämnade dubbla känslor. I grunden är det ett fräscht och modernt, nyrenoverat hotell med rymligt rum och toalett, men det känns styvmoderligt behandlat. Vi hade fått information om en bemannad reception, men den var utbytt mot en dator som krävde ett bokningsnummer som vi inte hade fått. Vi ringde och fick hjälp via en svajig telefonlinje. Datorn levererade en nyckel till ett fyra-bäddsrum. En nyckel till fyra personer när det krävs kort för att komma in längst ner och till rummet tre våningar upp. Det är på tok för lite och jag hade väntat mig åtminstone två om inte tom fyra. Sen fungerade inte lamporna i hallen, så första delen var kolsvart. En av sänglamporna fungerade inte och det visade sig att det inte ”fanns el” i uttaget. I handfatet rann vattnet ner väldigt långsamt. Gnäll, gnäll, gnäll… ja, för det kändes så onödigt när allt det ”stora” var väldigt bra.

Außer das die Zimmer schön groß sind, dafür gibt es einen Punkt, kann ich nichts positives sagen. Die Lüftung im Bad ist so laut das man fast Ohrenschützer benötigte. Duschkopf verkalkt. Duscheabtrennung unsauber. Betten so weich das man morgens mit Rückenschmerzen aufwacht. Keine Rezeption das man mal etwas fragen kann. Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen

Zugewiesenes Zimmer - oder soll ich sagen Kammer - entsprach nicht im Ansatz den beworbenen Bildern auf Expedia. Beschwerde beim Eigner - ich hätte ja ein "vergünstigtes" Zimmer gebucht. NEIN, regulär gebucht und auch bezahlt. Zimmer 202 ist eine Besenkammer! Storno!

Meget larm externt og internt

Det larmede fra håndværkere i opgangen fra kl. 7, og lige udenfor var der vejarbejde så vejen var spæret. Der blev intet nyt fyld op 1/2 time før morgenmad buffer sluttede. I Spa området oplevedev vi kun 1 dag at dampbadet var tænt og den alm. Sauna var slet ikke tænt. Elevatoren virkede heller ikke. Selve lejligheden lå fantastiske og der var gode store værelser samt senge.

Information vedr. indtjekning ved hoveddøren, havde været behjælpeligt. Vi ledte efter et sted med gratis morgenmad og parkering, da det var vigtigt for os, og valgte dette sted. Da vi skulle tjekke ud, var vi ventet af personalet, og blev bedt om at betale 90 euro for morgenmaden! Så morgenmaden var ikke gratis, som ellers beskrevet, og denne beskrivelse var imellemtiden ændret. Morgenmaden er ensformig og kedelig. Komforten er dårlig. Tynde dyner og hårde puder. Mangelfulde og slidte møbler på værelset, samt virkelig dårlig belysning. Fyldt skraldespand på værelset ved indtjekning, fra tidligere gæster.
