very good accommodation especially for the price, decent location and near a train station, the only downside was there is very little like that enters the rooms and the lights inside are not that bright to light up the rooms overall very good

The only issue is that I was without towels for 2 days until I was able to reach one of the housekeepers and they were able to hand some. The rest was very clean and good place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel as a couple with our pet. The management was exceptionally friendly, especially the manager, Mustafa, who was incredibly attentive and helpful with everything we needed. The building is very new, only recently opened, so a few minor room items are still being added, but nothing affected our comfort or experience. The location in Charlottenburg is excellent—safe, peaceful, and with easy access to street parking, which was a big bonus. Overall, the atmosphere, cleanliness, and service were outstanding. We genuinely felt welcomed and well looked after, and we’re confident it will be even better in the coming weeks as they complete the final touches. Highly recommended!

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL! this is a concierged appartment building, no services in the building, no coffe etc. next Coffee is in the subway station. Room service did not come for 2 days and had to be requested. Ambience is BARE. electric cables sticking out in the hallway. Beds are nice, neighborhood was quiet over the weekend, but then major building started 2 houses over. To noisy for a daytime nap. Close to central subway and a pretty nice russian run 24h corner store, Did not ry out the italian restaurant next door.

This hotel has a lot of great aspects: newly renovated, clean, superb bed mattress, location is wonderful, and owner cares. It does not have any staff on site tho which does present issues. We had a hard time getting into the front door (as did another couple who arrived at the same time we did and guests who arrived the next day when we left.) There is nowhere to leave bags if arriving early or lvg late. And we got locked into the 4th fl hallway with our keycards not working to open doors in any direction so had to walk down private residence stairs to find someone (who was not related to the hotel but nice enough to help) to use their keycard to let us back into the hotel. There is GREAT potential for this hotel with someone on site at least during a few set hours to greet guests, see their access is successful, and be on hand to supply basic hotel items such as a hairdryer or toilet paper quickly when needed.

Zimmer sauber und angenehm eingerichtet...Treppe nicht oder sehr schlecht auffindbar (Angst im Fahrstuhl)... Bei der Buchung stand in der Beschreibung des Zimmers, dass eine Mikrowelle, Minikühlschrank usw. vorhanden sind- dies war nicht der Fall. Auf Nachfrage gab es keine Rückmeldung.

Very easy to check in and out, took ages for the water to heat up in the shower, couldn't work the radiators in the room but there was a Dyson, bathroom floor was marble so colder in there, floor was dusty - I know some could have come off our shoes but would have been useful to have a dustpan and brush.

La primera vez que me quedé en este sitio, el wifi de la habitación 505, no funcionaba pensé que era algo del momento, lo dejé pasar. No quedamos un segundo día, nos tocó la misma habitación 505, sin wifi, llamamos a recepción y nos solucionaron el wifi dándonos la clave de otro wifi, luego de estar una hora y media en la habitación alguien del personal entró sin avisar abriendo la puerta, estando yo casi sin ropa, fue una falta de respeto no percatarse que hay personas en la habitación, lo dejé pasar. Hoy Me quedé, ya sería tercer día reservando, con la intension de que la estadía fuese mejor, ya en una suite “más grande con cocina” (N•102), en realidad es una habitación muy pequeña e incómoda, al llegar pasaba lo mismo con el wifi, ya me di cuenta que es algo común en que el wifi de la TV no funcione, la habitación tenía mal olor y la parte de la cocina no tenía agua para lavar los platos, tenía mala iluminación, no se veía ni para cocinar, la cocina es oscura, te dicen que tiene cocina y no te facilitan ni servilleta, aceite o incluso algo básico como una tetera, lo cual es común en los sitios con Cocina, no te facilitan perchas para los abrigos y la mesa para comer, que se supone que es para dos personas, tiene un solo sillón, es decir para 1 persona, una pésima experiencia en las tres reservas que he realizado en este sitio, no me vuelvo a hospedar acá.

Umiddelbart virker det hele fint. Dog kan køkkenet ikke betragtes som et køkken. Lejer en lejlighed ud til 5 personer og der kun er service til tre. Mærkelig lugt og fugtig i hele lejligheden. Ene toilet lugter så slemt så det er ubrugeligt. Der er ingen reception, skrev til udlejer to gange uden respons. Vi var på værelse 106, dette kan ikke anbefales.

Nystartet hotel, som måske er åbnet lidt for tidligt og ikke helt klar. Men om kort tid står det helt sikkert fuldstændig klart til at tage imod gæster. Vi havde en del små problemer med ting der ikke virkede eller stadig manglede, som de gjorde hvad de kunne for at fikse mens vi var der. Det lykkedes dem dog ikke at løse det hele. Der er ikke noget personale på hotellet, men de kommer så hurtigt de kan når man ringer. Det ligger tæt på u-og s-bahn i et roligt kvarter, der er dog larm fra gaden, men ikke så meget. Alt er nyrenoveret. Lækre senge - dog ikke så gode opredningssenge. Rengøring var helt i top. Vi vil klart anbefale hotellet, som forhåbentligt snart står helt klart.

No hay personal para que te pueda resolver algún contratiempo que se presente, por ejemplo me quedé sin papel para el baño ya que me dejaron un rollo comenzado y el los tres días no vi a alguna persona de limpieza para poder pedirle uno y tuve que ir a comprar

Am Anreisetag zum Berlin Marathon, konnte ich auf Nachfrage statt um 15:00 schon um 12:00 einchecken! Der nette und sehr hilfsbereite Rezeptionist half mir beim digitalen einchecken und fand eine für mich sehr vorteilshafte Lösung zur Gepäckaufbewahrung bis zu meiner Abreise, nochmals vielen Dank dafür!!! Das Zimmer hat mir sehr gefallen, neue Einrichtung mit einem tollen Bett und einem perfekten Badezimmer! Ich habe mich in dem Hotel sehr wohl und gut betreut gefühlt, buche hier gerne wieder! Das Hotel kann ich nur empfehlen!!!
