This hotel offers plenty of food options and a relaxing spa, with easy access to multiple transportation hubs. The room was spacious and comfortable, though the check-in process could be more modern and streamlined. Great location, stay here! Couple of tram stops from the main station, easy to get to brandenburg & checkpoint Charlie, again a couple of stops on the underground. Best breakfast buffet I’ve had in Europe!

The hotel was well placed and the bedroom was clean and a good size. Housekeeping was a little hit and miss, drinks and towels not always replaced. We were able to use public transport which was very near by. Checking took over 20 mins when collecting our bags
