Really wonderful stay... didn't expect the size of the flat to be so large, but it was really wonderful. In a quiet neighborhood adjacent to an area with a lot of local shops and galleries. (Like the phenomenal bakery, Zeit für Brot) Quick to all destinations. Price was amazing for such a really special accommodation that would actually be really nice for a couple or small family. My only feedback is wishing the absolutely stunning dining room could draw in more people. Would absolutely return

The Townhouse was I general, very good and clean. It was close to public transport and the zoo. I deliberately booked this location on the basis of parking available, but was not told at booking in that it was limited and cost $20 euros a night. Ashame!

Fantastic hospitality!
You will feel very much at home at Townhouse Berlin! The entire staff is gracious and welcoming. If you are lucky you will meet the manager, Neil. He is perfect in his role. We highly recommend this hotel!

We loved our stay at Townhouse. Seamless out of hours check in and out. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated and a fantastic size. The bed was really comfortable and the shower excellent. We ate breakfast in the hotel once and it was excellent. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Although I didn't get to use it the fitness suite was a great addition, and the laundry room a real bonus. The area was lovely and quiet with a short walk to the S and U Bahn. Plenty of lovely options nearby for drinks and dinner too. Will definitely return!

The property was cute and quirky. We felt very welcome. No problems at all. Close to restaurants and kind of close to a grocery. We got a room with a terrace and we loved it. Would stay there again.

Great place to stay in Berlin, especially if you have business at the nearby University. The courtyard is quiet, the breakfast decent, the rooms feel clean and contemporary. There is an excellent Laundry Room, a cool gym, and a fast elevator. Reception is only from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm, not 24 hrs. We would definitely come back!

I know I will do no justice to this place when I make a review, but let's try. First things first: I had never ever been to Berlin. I got off the subway, took the S9 subway line and got off at Zoologischer Garten station in less than an hour, and navigation showed me a pretty straight route to the hotel. I found it like I knew the whole city. I stayed at the Balcony Suite. The suite was gorgeous. With a king sized bed, a very nice dining setting that provided every utensil you'd need to cook or heat your food. And then, as someone who LOVES to drink, I was informed that the first round of the mini bar was totally complimentary... Then also found a nespresso machine with a couple of coffee capsules at hand, and the best potato chips I've ever had in my life... The shower was another thing. All the beauty products placed in the bathroom -the shampoo, the shower gel, body lotion...- all were from high class brands. I loved one in particular and wished it was also sold in my country! I easily managed the shower arrangements with the heads and also loved the warmth level of the water. It was around 9-10 degrees when I stayed, but the heaters worked pretty well and fine. I never felt cold. I was never disturbed in the peace of my room. And the area was super safe, the hotel was pretty quite. I LOVE this experience and I'll definitely stay here again if I ever come to Berlin. Thanks for everything!

The property is centrally located with easy access to trains amd transportation. It has many wonderful restaurants within walking distance, along with grocery stores and other amenities. There is also a quiet Courtyard off their restaurant which is a nice place to sit and relax, although it is only accessible when the restaurant is open. Be aware if you are there when the weather is hot, there is no AC, only a ceiling fan, so it can get a little warm. The staff are friendly and helpful. We arrived late, after hours, but all instructions were clearly laid out ahead of time. Checking in and out was quick and easy. We would most definitely stay here again.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. It has always been very good. The staff that work here are excellent and deserve recognition. I will be back again as this is the only hotel I will visit in Berlin.

Lovely apartments enjoyed the stay. It was a bit awkward for our late check in (due to a late flight) as the reception closed at 9pm or 10pm. It wasn’t clear on the web site ! However after contacting the reception three times we were able to arrange for the key cards to be left in a secure box outside the building.

Good hotel with booking problem
The hotel is very conveniently located, very quiet and has very comfortable and large rooms. The only problem with the rooms is very dim lightning, so much so that it is difficult to read in the room. A good light would have made the room perfect. Sadly we also had a problem with the booking and didn't get the big room we reserved 2 months in advance because of overbooking. So, for 2 out of 5 days we stayed in a smaller room. The hotel management compensated us with a discounted price and free breakfast, so we left with a good feeling and would come back, even though we were very disappointed in the beginning. This was a family vacation and we needed the bigger room. I hope this is a one time mistake. The hotel itself is really perfect.

Great but room not ready on arrival
We checked in late evening and our room was lovely, except it was missing towels and some complimentary beverage times. By the time we had realised, the concierge desk was closed for the day, so unfortunately we had to wait until the next morning to let staff know. They were prompt to rectify the items and we enjoyed the remainder of our stay. It was overall a convenient place to live, and as I have dietary needs having an equipped kitchen to use was great.

The room and the location was great. I stayed for 7 days, because of COVID, no cleaning during the stay which was OK, but you also could not get a new towel or garbage pick up. There was no information to get in contact with the cleaning team. But the place was otherwise great = 5 Stars

Perfect marathon accommodation
We rented a studio-type room primarily so that we could cook a meal the night before the Berlin Marathon. To this end, the room worked perfectly and we were able to host our friend as well! On a general note, the hotel is in a great area - very well connected for transport options but also there was a big choice of cafes, bars and restaurants. The area felt really safe. The staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. We will definitely rebook for the marathon next year.
