Sleeping in such a small living room with a kitchen was not really feasible. Even though we are happy with the accommodation and the price-quality, with 6 in the superior apartment it was not really an option to all be in the living room where the seating was the matrasses of the two beds.

We arrived in the middle of the night and mistakenly thought the hotel was in the middle of nowhere on a building site, so we were pleasantly surprised the next day to discover that there's a pub next door that does food and a Netto a 5 minute walk away, not to mention a nearby S-Bahn stop. The apartment was a good size for the price, the staff were extremely helpful, and I would recommend it.

The apartments are new but the accommodation for 5 people was inadequate, we were packed in like sardines with no air conditioning, asked if we could get fans for the room and was told ‘it’s hot out here too’, we had to pay if we needed our towels changed which is terrible, needless to say we wouldn’t stay here again

Unsafe hotel for female travellers

I had booked and paid for 5 nights - left a couple hours after arriving and preferred losing money instead of staying. First I could notice the area felt rather unsafe, you do not want to walk there alone at night as a solo female traveller; and all hotel rooms on the ground floor of the property can be accessed by anyone from the street at any time (there is no barrier or code). Upon arriving, some men started shouting at me; the security guard warned me as he saw them making other women uncomfortable (so it was not the first time!) I arrived in the room - rather dark and smaller than you'd expect when looking at the pictures. No sound isolation. As it was warm, groups of people just hang out in front of rooms... as they did in front of mine. As I was leaving, I went back to the entrance. Despite the guard being present, two men started circling the room I was in, staring at me through the windows. When the guard left just for a few seconds, one of them immediately took the opportunity to enter the room to get closer to me and keep staring. I felt incredibly unsafe and uncomfortable. I contacted the property management to explain these issues and ask for a refund - they refused to recognize any of it, saying that there are cameras and a guard. The guard is nice and helpful, but obviously cannot be with all clients at all times, and the cameras did not help to prevent this harassment. I signaled the issues to Hotels.com, they helped and gave me a partial voucher.

Vores førstehånds indtryk da vi kørte de sidste 300m mod hotellet var meget dårligt da vejen og omgivelserne er meget slidt Men da vi kom til hotellet ændrede det sig hotellet er pænt og velholdt. Og det viser sig at det er et fredet område man ikke må sætte i stand. Personalet er meget behjælpelige med alt Den eneste ting vi havde var at det er meget varmt i vores lejlighed og vi havde ikke mulighed for at lave gennemtræk og da der var over 30 grader udenfor var der mindst lige så varmt indenfor Men samlet set et rigtigt fint sted

Sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und günstig. Parken vor dem Haus, zur SBahn 15 Minuten Fußweg, von da aber nur 5 Minuten mit der Bahn zum Alexanderplatz. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.

Clean, comfortable with a great kitchen.

The hotel is nice and looks very new. The room was clean and the small kitchen was great with all needed appliances. There were some problems with the automatic check-in (fix the on screen keyboard please), but it worked in the end. The hotel is near the public transport stops. The only minuses are the not the best neighborhood and rather thin walls. I salute couple that had sex for two hours in the night and another hour in the early morning and another couple that argued almost all the time. Someone hitting the wall at 6am for 15 minutes (the glasses were rattling in the cupboard;) didn't help either.

Neues Gebäude,sauber,ordentlich,ruhige Lage,Betten in sehr gutem Zustand. Einziger Kritikpunkt war die niedrige Raumtemperatur (Anfang Mai war es noch einmal recht kühl),welche individuell nicht höher geregelt werden konnte.

Top Aparment

Ein schönes, sauberes und vollkommen ausreichend großes Apartment (3Personen). Wir haben es auch nur als Schlafmöglichkeit benutzt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden und gut erreichbar. Gute Verbindung mit der öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, ins Zentrum haben wir knapp 40min gebraucht. Netter Service.

Nice apartment in industrial neighbourhood

Our family - 2 adults and 4 kids. The apartment itself is great, new, clean and with plenty of space for a big family. 2 bathrooms, a small but well equipped kitchen and plenty of storage space for clothes etc. TV with many German channels and a few French. Internet/WiFi works really well. Hotel is on a building site! Noise from trucks, machines etc from 7 am SHARP in the morning. SATURDAYS as well. Makes it a bit of a nightmare to stay here to be honest. And some more pointers: “Terrace” is a very big word for the outdoor balcony access from all apartments on the first floor. No privacy at all there. Easy to park the car and for only 10 Eur pr stay. Self service all over - very difficult to find actual staff. But when found they are nice and helpful. Neighbours seems to be workers from Eastern Europe. Not ordinary holiday people. They talk loud and smoke outside. No outdoor play area or anything. Road to hotel is layered with bricks which makes it difficult to walk around with a push chair. Netto Market is 5 min away. Easy to find. Pizza restaurant is 8 min away, very nice place. Train station Friedrichsfelde Ost is 20 min walk away. Easy access to Berlin although it takes time. This apartment is great if you need to stay at a cheap place and don’t mind the longer travel to Berlin or the extreme level of noise from outside.

Nice hotel apartment

The place was clean, nice and very relaxing. We would like to stay in TRIO again on our next trip to Berlin. The only problem was that there was no air conditioning, and it was around 30 degrees centigrade in Berlin, so it was quite unpleasant, we also could not sleep with the windows open for safety reasons (we were on the ground floor).

Affordable option outside city.

This is a typical self checkin hotel. The apartments are good but we had a problem in checking and it was difficult to reach the support team. Further the heating in rooms were not appropriate. Overall affordable and good property but far from city (30 min by train)
