We had an easy time using the train and bus system to and from Interlaken and the surrounding areas. We would definitely stay here again in the future given the chance!"

"Most terrible is the lady receptionist “Sara”. She has no etiquettes of customer service. She doesn’t know how to nicely deal with guests. She actually shouts rather than to speak gently with grace, she isn’t fit for this kind of job. Hostel is not at a good location, no public transport from hostel. Small rooms etc. I’ll not recommend it. "
