Problem with the booking - check in impossible.

Dear Sir/Madam The guests couldn't check in due to some problem of the connection between the hotel and the system of Hotels.com. We paid the booking in full at the moment of the booking, but the guests couldn't use it and to receive accommodation. By chance we found another accommodation Now we insist that Hotels.com refund us immediately and in full the amount of 752,22 EUR which I paid for the booking! That's why I pur poor mark for the service. The hotel itself is maybe a good hotel but the booking service was a disaster... Thank you in advance and kind regards, Svetozar Hristov

Nettes und aufmerksames Personal, es gibt vor Ort Möglichkeiten auch bei schlechtem Wetter sich zu beschäftigen, z. b. ein Air Hockey Tisch. Durch die Lage ist man an vielen Orten in kurzer Fahrtzeit z. b. Olbersdorfer See, Sommerrodelbahn in Oderwitz oder Schmetterlingshaus in Jonsdorf. Wir hatten das Apartment mit eigener Kochnische und Bad, es war alles ordentlich und sauber.
