Registration and housekeeping were very good. Restaurant was overpriced for what you get and did not have everything listed in its menu. Elevator was always alarming. I was disappointed that there was no free wi-fi. Some in our group received free breakfast and others did not which was also disappointing. Fitness facility was better than many hotels of this size.

Room didn't have a clock, no toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap in the room. Very comfortable bed. Noisy after 10pm because near elevator and Club Lounge.

Liked the location and the appearance snd the staff. I think I was having a bit of a bedbug problem in my first room, but they let me switch rooms the 2nd night before I went to bed. Had no buf problem in new room.

Manuel and Rafaella who are the kitchen staff are the best. They made me lunch even though the kitchen was not open. They understood that I had been travelling since 3am and no food was offered on both flights I was on. So they said not to worry and they would take good care of me until I left the next day!

Got there late in the evening - around 9:30 pm, but there was no hassle check in. Got to my room quickly, key card worked fine. Room was very comfortable and cool (temperature), Clean. Not too quiet at first (there was a kid screaming somewhere in a nearby room), but that stopped after about a half hour.
