“Lovely hotel restaurant food was Excellant for dinner and breakfast.Reasonaly priced.The bed was really comfortable but the room could do with a bit of TLC.Satff friendly and very helpful.”

“Do not book a room in this hotel! They will double book your room and send you to another hotel 30 min away. The room was paid for and when my mother arrived to try and rest before an international flight the next morning, she was notified that her room was unavailable and that she would be sent to another hotel. She waited 2 hours and had to pay for the transport arranged by the hotel. Unacceptable treatment of guests, was our experience. Never booking here again.”

“Stayed for 4 nights as a group of 8. We used the bar and ate there every night. Staff were super friendly and efficient. The food had a good selection and we all enjoyed every meal we had. Bedroom was cleaned daily and fresh towels issued.”

“Lifts were awkwardly placed. We needed to use the stairs. Noisy. The front desk staff weren’t very helpful. They were not available 24 hours as advertised. I needed to speak to someone overnight. When I went downstairs, there was no-one at the desk. When they were present, they were more focussed on laughing and joking between themselves than on the service of guests.”

Also, lots of mold on the drapes and carpet and wall around the patio doors. Our room faced west and was ground floor.
