โWe did not stay at this property. Upon arrival, we were extremely uncomfortable with the environmentโthere were prostitutes outside the building, and the area felt unsafe.
When we checked in, we were only given one towel, and when we asked for more, we were told we'd have to wait until some were washed. This alone was unacceptable, but the condition of the room made things worse. It had an overpowering smell of must and cigarettes, and the overall cleanliness and atmosphere were far below any...
โThis was a great hotel, close to my family, and so many shops, including Trader Joes and a mall. The hotel is new, clean, well cared for, and breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had - great frittata with kale, crispy thin bacon, salsas, a ton of toppings for oatmeal. โ
โWe love staying here. Rooms are always clean and spotless. Beds are comfortable and the pool is the best. Staff is great as well. We never have complaints staying here.โ

โFor the price this is the best place. Iโve stayed at in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was incredible and my pet got to stay for free!โ
โThe room was clean and we got a nice view since we got a room on the top floor. The friendly staff provided great costumer service. I was a bit disappointed that the inside pool wasn't a bit warmer in temperature to swim in. The hot tub was really nice though. The hotel food is decent. It surprised me they didn't have the little liquid coffee creamers or honey packets for convenience, only half and half, sugar, splenda, and powdered non dairy creamer. โ
